In 2007, Cameroonian universities are passed to system License Master Doctorate (LMD). The system's main objective is to enable a better match between the university and the professional world. Since 2007 this system is implemented in universities, we realized that there are problems, that the LMD is a radical change. Before 2007, the university had sole mission is to provide knowledge. Thus, since in 50 years, it was incompetent, we must have the humility to say that we had not had the opportunity to do so. And yet, with the LMD system, only knowledge is insufficient, one must learn the knowledge, know-how and skills. Thus, given this finding of insufficiency, Philemon Yang, Cameroonian Prime Minister has proposed to Jacques Fame Ndongo, Minister of Higher Education to hold seats on university agree that from 2010 to 2013.
