How To Know If A Scorpio

Court of Auditors to monitor all accounts, including those of FECAFOOT

After its offer to an executive branch controlled and that of a sovereign legislature, camer.be Enoh Meyomesse asked to present the suit in which he wishes to appear in other branches of government'' ''in his country. Chairman of the Party for National Rebirth (PARENA) returns here to what he expects the new Court of Accounts, a structure that will control the management of ambassadors, ministers ... from any association using any public money.

Enoh Meyomesse called us a line image you want the new Economic and Social Council (CES) version PARENA? Our view is clear. The Economic and Social Council is a consultative body which will play its full role in the new regime. Conventional members of Economic and Social Council, we adjoindrons representation of associations, as traditional as other forms, including consumer, blind, human rights, the disabled, women, youth, etc..

Why cosmopolitan composition? For this new representation, the Economic and Social Council (CES) will be called promote collaboration of different professional groups together. Just as various associations, it must ensure their participation in economic and social policy of the Government.

You are talking of a body with real influence economic policy? course! It will examine and suggest the economic or social adjustments necessitated by changes in the country. The mandate of Councillors will be five years. Membership of the Economic and Social Council shall be incompatible with that of parliament, a government official. Advisers will work in committees. It is within these projects will be developed that would be submitted to the plenary. It will adopt or reject them. The Economic and Social Council will be seized by the Prime Minister on behalf of the Government requests for review or study. It may also issue own.

The ESC is a bed and notice economical if we understand it? more than that. The ESC must be referred for the opinion of bills or plans of an economic or social, with the exception of the finance laws. It may even be, first, associated with their development. It may also be accessed on any problem of economic and social interest to the Republic. Finally, the duration of its annual sessions, to be determined.

What about the chamber of accounts? Already we advocate the establishment of a Court of Accounts in place of the Chamber of Accounts. The Court of Auditors will be the body responsible for monitoring the legality of public accounts and to verify the proper use of public funds. As such, it will assist the Parliament and the Government in monitoring the execution of finance laws. The collaboration between the Court and Parliament can take various forms that will result in particular by a privileged communication of the Court's work in the National Assembly and Senate and by the assistance of the Court to various parliamentary bodies. She must be responsible for monitoring the state, namely, ministries, provinces, prefectures, municipalities, public companies, diplomatic missions abroad in Cameroon, not to mention the services of the Presidency of the Republic. The Court will not consider the accounts of public accountants, considers it, too, the accounts of any person who was involved in the handling of public funds, namely, the winners of public contracts, the officers thereof, sports federations such FECAFOOT, any association levied a penny of state, etc.. Paul Biya and political recovery of the students killed in Guinea

Enoh Meyomesse, how you appreciate the prompt response of Paul Biya, who was apparently sensitive to the death of your countrymen in Guinea? First, our condolences go out to parents and relatives of our citizens qui ont tragiquement péris en Afrique de l’ouest il y a quelques jours.

Faudrait-il rappeler that, recently, there was death of Cameroonian students in the Soviet Union without the Cameroonian government cares not unduly?

Sending a member of the government in Conakry is perhaps a beginning of awareness is not it? How the dead Conakry would they exceed those in Moscow? Those falling in Conakry at the wrong time, or rather, in a timely manner, ie, after the military are deployed on campus will have beaten Cameroon and students, to the point where some of them were hospitalized, that with a fracture, which with a black eye, which with split lips, etc.. However, as the President of the Republic wants a share to increase its constitutional amendment these days in Parliament, on the other hand be a candidate in favor of early presidential elections this year will, it must imperatively reconcile with the young, that is to say, the "apprentice sorcerers". That's not all, through this approach, he wants seem to be a good father who cares, at the highest point, the fate of his children. But it does, unfortunately in his way.

Can you be a little clearer? A genuine family man would have moved back to go in person to the mortuary remains of these young people. In any case, a man like Nicolas Sarkozy, would have done. However, Paul Biya did not even bother to return to the airport upon the arrival of the dead bodies. He did not attend the ceremonies of burial thereof. He will represent in the best case "personally" by a minister, probably the one he sent to Conakry. Similarly, it does bother not receive victims' families, it does not like him. If it had not already received the family of Marc Vivien Foe in the past when he had the death of the Lion an affair of state, what can it then be that of those students died in Guinea, far from the national cameras?

You're referring to indifference on the part of the Cameroonian government precisely? The Guinean authorities have held Friday, a funeral ceremony at the University of Conakry with the exposure of the body, in addition to the authorities academics have decided to suspend classes that same Friday to allow the university community to honor the 11 students died. In Cameroon, no such thing. The bodies of the deceased will be returned to their families and we do talk more. Translation without the Guinean authorities, Paul Biya, as usual, would not lift a finger. But that does not do we hear from the CPDM.

Can you be more explicit? The order is given to sections of the CPDM, throughout the national territory, triggering an avalanche of motions of support to "act humanist Leo man with a big heart His Excellency Paul Biya." For at least a week, CRTV will deafen us with that. It is not even exclude that the first lady is put in the game, as was the case for fueling the Indomitable Lions in the last CAN in Ghana.

Cameroonian Ministers do not care members

The Cameroonian opponent continues to reflect on the socio-political crisis in his country. After presenting his''executive power''in a previous article on your site reference camer.be, Enoh Meyomesse draw the portrait of a legislative power of dusted '' ghosts''in the pay of chief state. He speaks of an independent legislative power to influence the palace Etoudi. Enoh proposes a new National Assembly is different from the current room. ''It will have real power to control government action. The mechanism Control goes well beyond simple "Oral Questions" ''says the native of Ebolowa. '' Experience has proved that the ministers, after being questioned by MPs, continue, undaunted, their action, as if nothing had happened. In short, they do not care that their comments address members ''he rages. The new parliament will obey a bicameral composition. Next to the house of representatives, there will be a senate. Meyomesse the [Senate] defines '' This is the Upper House as it is called in other countries. It will be different from that provided by the 1996 constitution ''and how? He continued'' First, his election will be conducted by direct universal suffrage, not through supposed "grand electors" as required by the current constitution ''. Why direct suffrage? '' Because this formula is truly democratic, and broke with the sordid combinations that are planned at this time. Indeed, the basic idea of an indirect election, has its origin in the will of the regime alliance with the feudal Cameroon. The regime wishes to grant a favor to the men of the past, on which he relies. We have, for example, were the witnesses, outraged by the presence of one of the mummies at the "Tripartite Conference" in 1991 at the Palais des Congrès in Yaoundé''. Enoh there is definitely not the back of the spoon '' While they were struggling on democracy in Cameroon creation, Lamido of Rey Bouba, had slept on the ground at his feet, a slave. This kind of individuals is useful to the regime since they guarantee him a vote of blind subjects and their thousands of slaves''.
A situation that needs to beat Cameroon in the words of political leader. '' Such aberrations have lasted too long. So we advocate the election of senators by direct vote. The feudal lords of Cameroon are not citizens above all others, to the point where they should be given any special treatment ''he advises. (To be continued)

A new scheme for Cameroon

I - Evil Cameroon

How is it that our country is, to date, characterized by corruption, impunity, the confiscation of power by esoteric circles, the apparent inability to renew the political staff, the stifling of talent, the abomination innovation, the collapse the economy, unemployment, the exodus of youth, the misery of the underprivileged classes, etc.? Answer: it is political regimes and republics, like the human body. They wear, age, and of course die. The present Republic, it goes without saying, is gasping for breath. The evils that characterize today are, indeed, that demonstrations of its input terminal, a bit like a human body is worn by a thousand small won successive diseases: prostate, blood, diabetes, osteoarthritis, etc.. Our task, now, to replace, to create a new one, with new operating rules, with new values. We need to create a new Republic. What happens to us, other nations have experienced before. At one point, the Weimar Republic, Germany (1919 to 1933), quickly found worn, especially from the Great Depression of 1929. It only remained for the German political class, only one thing to do: change it, replace it with a new one. Unfortunately, a political agitator outstanding, Adolf Hitler took advantage, took power in 1933 and replaced by a abominable dictatorship. Similarly, in France, the Fourth Republic (1946-1958), was found quickly exhausted, and incapable of solving the problem of the independence of Algeria. The French political class has changed. Charles de Gaulle took power , in 1958 and has implemented the 5 th Republic, which continues to this day. Our country, right now, really need new blood, new ideas, a new generation of politicians. That is the struggle of parents.

II

Abolish the despotic regime of the Uc-Unc-CPDM

We must move from the despotic regime, current a popular regime. Cameroon, to date, has a political system that grants excessive power to the president. This is comparable to a king. Parliament, government, justice, let alone the government, were entirely in his pay. He may dismiss whomever he wants and as he wants without any accountability to anyone. The Prime Minister, facing him, is neither more nor less, than a minister among others, and, worse still, a minister without department whose business is the rest chapotée by the Secretary General to the Presidency Republic, true second character of the Executive. The consequence of this is that the whole country revolves around the whim of the president, his moods, his state of mind. It is absent? Everything is paralyzed. It starts feverishly wait for his return. He decides nothing, no one else does. Just as the king of France, Louis XIV proclaimed, "the state is me" in Cameroon, the President of the Republic, to date, is able to say, "the Executive is me . It is the pouvoir.Cet state of affairs is not acceptable. The president is thus, in notre pays, parce que Paris l’a voulu. What difference is there between the two? In the presidential system the president is, as we are witnessing now in Cameroon. In the parliamentary system, rather it is the Parliament, so the people who are delegated its representatives that are members, is at the center of power. The president, in this regime, is an honorary position. The Prime Minister who governs. (We see for example in Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Holland, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Canada, Israel, etc.). Regarding the appointment, the president is elected, while the prime minister is appointed by him, among the MPs, the majority party in Parliament. Prime Minister designate to form the government by choosing only members to be included - so no one can be a minister in this plan without first having been an MP, that is to say without being submitted in advance before the people, and have gained his trust. The president appoints the government, submitted by the Prime Minister. Afterwards, the Premier ministre et son gouvernement requièrent l’investiture du Parlement, donc du peuple, en lui présentant son plan d’action. Si ce dernier est approuvé, alors, le gouvernement est investi. Dans le cas contraire, il ne l’est pas. Le président de la République est obligé de désigner un nouveau Premier ministre, qui doit de nouveau former un autre gouvernement, etc. Une fois nommés, les ministres sont responsables devant le Premier ministre de l’accomplissement des missions qu’il leur assigne. Le Parlement – donc le peuple, à travers ses représentants que sont les députés - peut renverser le gouvernement, c’est-à-dire congédier le Premier ministre, withdrawing her confidence (power does not hold the president, whose role was limited to the appointment of the Prime Minister and the appointment of the government that he has submitted).

With this political system, we can see, the people control the time, the government, whereas in the current political regime, the government is accountable to the President of the Republic, only, and is happening royally and representatives of the people that are members, in other words, the people themselves ( we remember the extravagant circular, released by the president, dismissing a minister he had come to regard as a potential rival in the latter, he recalled, sharply, his ministers, they had nothing all the people, but all of him is to him that the people had placed their confidence in electing him to the highest office, not to ministers, and in return, he was appointed. This explains easily why the ministers of Cameroon have the habit of spitting in the faces of people that, "no thanks to you I am a minister, I do vous dois rien, fichez-moi la paix » ).
During the mandate, to compel him to keep his word? Absolutely nothing. The government, meanwhile, is a collection of courtiers, who compete to please the president, so that it keeps them there as long as possible. It is important to establish a new regime in Cameroon, a regime in which the president and government are serving the people, instead of the current where it is rather the opposite happens.

III

The new president

Specifically, in this new regime, what is the role of president? The president will be the Head of State, the guarantor of the unity of the nation above political parties, regions and ethnic groups. He will be elected for a fixed period. It will benefit from being a character whose contribution to the nation has been decisive. It will be responsible for receiving letters of credence ambassadors accredited in the country, to appoint the country abroad, signing treaties and laws adopted by Parliament, appoint the Prime Minister and appoint the government that he will present it to dissolve the Assembly National to chair the session ale inaugurated a new parliament elected to chair the Judicial Council and to appoint judges, to appoint the governor of the central bank - that is to say, the governor of National Beac - to grant clemency to prisoners, to chair the national holidays, he will appoint governors of provinces, President the High Authority of Communication, the president of Elecam, or what will take place later, the president of the Economic and Social Council, it will represent Cameroon abroad at major world summits and other events of great importance, such summits of the African Union, etc.. It will be particularly responsible for major projects of national interest. Finally, it will be the supreme commander of armies.

IV

The new Prime Minister

It will be a key player in our institutions. The primary function of the Prime Minister is to direct government action, in his capacity as head of it. As such, he will be responsible for appointing members of the government team, defining their objectives, coordination of their activity, decision making, monitoring and implementation of government policy. Politically, the Prime Minister will play in the eyes of all, the collective action of government. It will be invested by the parliament, and be accountable to it, based on the agenda to be determined or the policy speech he will deliver before the Assembly for his inauguration. He will be nominated from among the members of the party or coalition enjoys a majority of MPs. To carry out the conduct of government action, the prime minister will rely on services that are directly related. It will also boast a cabinet, whose role will be political, and a General Secretariat of Government, whose role will be administrative. Finally, the Prime Minister and all Government will benefit from the expertise and capabilities that will be proposed to them by the High Administrative Court, the Court of Auditors or the Economic and Social Council. The Prime Minister will be the chief administrative officer, he will direct accordingly. With the exception of certain categories of officials appointed by the Council of Ministers by the President of the Republic, all appointments of senior administration officials will be performed by him.

V

In short, they do not care that their comments address the members. As for the Senate, the Upper House, as it is called in other countries will be different from that provided by the 1996 constitution. First, his election will be conducted by direct universal suffrage, not through supposed "grand electors" as this is the case, according to the constitution of 1996. Why direct suffrage? Because this formula is truly democratic, and broke with the sordid combinations that are planned at this time. Indeed, the basic idea of an indirect election, has its origin in the will alliance with the feudal regime of Cameroon. The regime wishes to grant a favor to the men of the past, on which he relies. We have, for example , witnessed, outraged, the presence of one of the mummies at the "Tripartite Conference" in 1991 at the Palais des Congrès in Yaoundé. While they were struggling on democracy in Cameroon creation, Lamido of Rey Bouba, was lying on the ground at his feet, a slave. This kind of individuals is useful to the regime since they guarantee him the vote of blind subjects and their thousands of slaves.

We meet there, in the presence of the kind of situation that our country needs to beat right now. Such aberrations have lasted too long. So we advocate the election of senators by direct vote. The feudal lords of Cameroon are not citizens above all others, to the point where they should be given any special diet.

VI

The new Economic and Social Council

The Economic and Social Council is a consultative assembly that will play fully its role in the new regime. Conventional members of Economic and Social Council, we adjoindrons representation of associations, as traditional as other forms, including consumer, blind, human rights, the disabled, women, youth, etc.. Through this new representation, the Economic and Social Council will be asked to foster collaboration between the different occupational categories together, as associations variety, and ensure their participation in economic and social policy of the Government. It must be seized to review draft laws or plans of an economic or social, with the exception of the finance laws. It may even be, first, associated with their development. It may also be consulted on any issue of economic and social interest to the Republic. Finally, the duration of its annual sessions, to be determined.

VII

The Court of Auditors in place of the Accounts Chamber

The Court of Auditors is the body charged with monitoring the legality of public accounts and to verify the proper use of public funds. As such, it will assist the Parliament and the Government in monitoring the execution of finance laws. The collaboration between the Court and Parliament can take various forms that will result in particular by a privileged communication from the Court's work in the National Assembly and Senate and assistance the Court to various parliamentary bodies. She must be responsible for monitoring the state, namely, ministries, provinces, prefectures, municipalities, public companies, diplomatic missions abroad in Cameroon, not to mention the services of the Presidency of the Republic. The Court will not consider the accounts of public accountants, considers it, too, the accounts of any person who was involved in the handling of public funds, namely, the winners of public contracts, the officers thereof, the sports federations such FECAFOOT, any association with seen a penny of state, etc..

VIII

The High Administrative Court in place of

the Administrative Chamber

The High Administrative Court is the highest administrative court in Cameroon. It will be the judge of Supreme Administrative Court Cases appealed, it will also have jurisdiction in the first and last instance of certain disputes as remedies for abuse of power directed against the decrees. The High Administrative Court will also act as adviser to the Government. It will capture bills before their passage to the Council of Ministers.

IX

The new President of the Republic

The new President of the Republic shall in all respects, different from the current, since it will no longer central, unique power. The new Secretary General, will thus totally different from what it currently is. It will be the "Secretary General of the Office of the President of the Republic" and not a Prime Minister a, even a vice-president who does not speak its name. Still, it will have its advisers, its directors and attached different from those of the President of the Republic.

X

The new Council of Ministers

The new Council of Ministers will have powers prescribed by the constitution. In this case, all decrees, before introduction in Parliament, will be discussed. In addition, all appointments of persons of a certain level, will also, be discussed. This practice will have the great advantage of putting an end to arbitrariness that characterizes appointments personalities of the Republic, at the moment.

XI

The Office General Plan

The Return of Cameroon's economic development subject to a five year plan we are advocating is the creation of a permanent body to be responsible for developing it. This organization is a "High Commissioner General Plan. " This will develop the five-year plan, from the "departmental committees Plan", consisting in part of technicians of different administrations, and partly the work of "County Councils, departmental assemblies, which we intend to elect, together prefects.

ONCE IN POWER IS A NEW SYSTEM, WITH THESE FEATURES THAT THE PARENA introduced.

' '252 billion budget deficit as a result of measures''campaign of Paul Biya Biya

The Cameroonian political opponent reacts in response to economic measures taken by Paul Biya after the events of February 2008. Meyomesse for the Cameroonian president prepares people for early presidential elections. In an interview with the editorial camer.be, Meyomesse called his countrymen to be vigilant so that the 1992 scenario will not happen again.

Enoh Meyomesse, relatives of Paul Biya Etoudi explain that prepared the revaluation of wages in the public service for over a year. Do you still believe in the thesis of a brilliant action of the Head of State of Cameroon? I said
it's about increasing public spending. We shall not repeat the false claims of propagandists of the regime and that Paul Biya had given "strict instructions", a year ago, so that steps be taken to improve the living conditions of Cameroonians and as always, by chance, his "entourage" that would have sabotaged. When a father of 75 years continues to be fooled by his entourage, even if this is true, there is a problem ...

What problem and where is he?

15% increase on wages and 20% for the housing allowance. Which is OK, as the Minister of Finance financial effect of 8 billion francs CFA per month, or 96 billion CFA francs per year. At the same time, the same Minister of Finance tells us that government revenue will decline by 120 billion francs, because of the tax exemption of staples (rice, fish, wheat, flour, cooking oil) The reduction in customs duty on clinker (a product used in the manufacture of cement) imported by Cimencam etc.. So we end up with a shortfall of 120 billion francs, while spending, they will grow to 96 billion francs, resulting in a deficit of 96 + 120 = 216 billion CFA francs.

Would you say that the head of state will not achieve its objectives?

Where Paul Biya Will he find the money? Prime Minister announces the recruitment of 14,196 young people in public service, from the current fiscal year. Even better, he said that such recruitment does not reflect those of the army, police and prison services, that is to say, prison guards.

Faudrait-il begin by recalling that they had not seen their wages reduced when the rest of state employees had been? It was thus led to the fact that a sergeant, CEP as basic diploma, found himself trying to collect a higher salary than a high school teacher, bac + 5, a doctor, bac + 7, d ' engineer, etc.. We saw the consequences of this injustice: the degradation of public service, the motivation of state employees. Paul Biya, through his rise in wages, extended, purely and simply that.
Even better, it still does favor that civil servants or, only, 200,000 Cameroonians. And the rest? Retirees? The private sector employees? Farmers? Traders? Students? The crisis would hit it only as servants? In short, it establishes, once again, his policy of flagrant social injustice.

What is the purpose of president if all is decidedly dark for you?

In truth, the whole problem of Paul Biya of Cameroon to get elected again, end of year, during election he is preparing early presidential unperturbed. It will empty the coffers, why, and after, never mind, come what may. He has already pocketed a new mandate. It will always be five years of earned. He is, thus, to repeat what he had done in 1992. He had emptied the coffers for re-election. Once this is obtained, appalling misery had befallen the people of Cameroon, it is this that continues to this day. At the time, Jean-Jacques Ekindi had been at pains to denounce in advance, this situation. But nobody had listening, much less taken seriously. Yet he did enunciate what would happen and did happen. After the presidential elections, Cameroonians to know that they will find themselves in a worse position than they now live. The future president, because Paul Biya will be beaten, will have very heavy work ahead.

What To Wear On A Skate Date

gives reason for young rioters

Enoh Meyomesse,''Paul Biya gave reason to the young rioters''

Chief Cameroonian state has decided the upward adjustment of salaries of public service. A decision that comes just days after violent riots that have shaken the country. Approached by camer.be, Enoh Meyomesse reacts to this upgrading. According to the announced candidates to succeed Paul Biya, this decision is a double-edged sword since it surprised the main decision maker.

Enoh Meyomesse, what is your reaction after the announcement of the increase in salaries of government in your country?
Before giving our position relative to the wage increase last night, it is important to note a fact. It is indeed thanks to these 1671 young men who are in prison that this rise in wages took place. In other words, without their bold action, there would have been nothing. So it is important that they pay tribute. Even better, the president, through this decision, entangled in a monumental contradiction. On the one hand, he calls these young people "criminals", of "playing God", if not of thugs and thrown, unceremoniously, in prison, on the other hand, he realizes that, despite everything, they were absolutely right.

You mean that young protesters pushed Paul Biya to react?

As for the increase, strictly speaking, simply return to the presidential palace exorbitant budget, 48 billion CFA francs, to understand that he did nothing extraordinary. It was just a few small private billion lying around in his accounts ...

Paul Biya was he forced to raise the salaries of public officials in your opinion?
He (Paul Biya Ed.) recognizes explicitly that life had become expensive in Cameroon and that these young people were manipulated by anyone. Otherwise, he would not make such wage increases. That's not all! CPDM militants have flooded the airwaves of CRTV motions of support for President of the Republic, for throwing these young people in prison. In Mfoundi, the remarks were, quite simply, xenophobic, and could be summarized as "Bamileke and Hausa, will break somewhere else."

Who are the authors of these statements and how should it host the presidential gesture?
The authors of these extravagances? Clutches of the regime, and at the same time, senior executives in public service. Rising wages and their release must go together. Otherwise, it's cheating, dishonesty, and nothing else.

Amnesty for Convicted in February 2008 to Camer.be

Cameroon - Enoh Meyomesse :''Amnesty condemned the events of February 2008''

Violent riots rocked Cameroon. One hundred demonstrators were killed. Nearly 2,000 others were sent to prison for protesting in the streets of cities in Cameroon. Voices raised for the release of prisoners whose average age is 20 years. Enoh Meyomesse is those.

For candidates in the presidential election of 2011,''we vote, already, for a general amnesty and unconditional condemnation of the events of February 2008 with compensation to the families of victims of those it. For the native of Ebolowa, these young men are heroes, just as they were, fifty years ago, the guerrillas who waged war against the French army until 1960, then Cameroon subsequently'' .

''We condemn this attitude is to recover the fruit of the sweat and blood of others, while imprisoning, killing, them. The independence of Cameroon has been obtained thanks to those Ahmadou Ahidjo, Biya's boss, called, disdainfully, "guerrillas," "terrorist," "rebels". While he was chasing, relentlessly, these people, he enjoyed the same time, the independence that they had snatched from the hands of whites. His resentment against them was such that whoever committed the imprudence of pronouncing the name of Um Nyobe or Moumie Felix, was hit hard''says he.

The opponent

Cameroon said that''In September 1974, Sebe Njoh, an announcer of Radio Cameroon, which hosted a program entitled "Happy Birthday" was suspended antenna and wage and tortured for months in Jean Fochive jails, the fearsome head of the political police of Ahmadou Ahidjo, to be announced Sept. 13, the anniversary of the assassination of Ruben Um Nyobe''recalls Meyomesse. He added:''It is said that commonly in Cameroon, you can not appreciate the side of a necklace that sold the Hausa, and at the same time, détester.

But the poor journalists at the base of this merger, have never been reinstated ...''concludes Enoh Meyomesse.

9 Days Past Ovulation Symptoms Mucus

Interview February 27, 2008

The first declared candidate in the presidential elections of 2011 comments on the riots that inflame Cameroon. He welcomed the trade union action has been taken from the most beautiful way in his country. The native of Ebolowa calls for the emergence of a true leader in opposition. It also proposes the dissolution of the oil company SONARA.

Enoh Meyomesse you is it possible to give your views on the current socio-political situation of Cameroon in drafting camer.be? course. First, we followed with great grief, the speech of Paul Biya. As usual, he displays a very large share of its sufficiency, the other of his profound contempt of Cameroonians. I will not say more.

How do you like this happens in your country? We we have noted with satisfaction that the unions have finally come back to life in Cameroon. It is these that led from end to end things. Where were our major traditional political leaders? All, if you do not know, have received large sums of money or to return their jackets and support the plan or when to say nothing, or else pretend to be with the strikers, but without . I think you're aware of the amounts: 10 million CFA francs for the former minister who broke the ears to Cameroonians, throughout the weekend. To us, it was suggested that half, so that we would also hold a press conference alongside Issa Tchiroma. What we have, quite naturally, refused to do. Tonye Bakot''If there had not been''

What do you know the position of other leaders including the opposition?
Even the noisiest political leaders residing in Douala, and give each the impression of being ready to set fire to Cameroon, Paul Biya of the power, have received money.

You want to say clearly that they are corrupt? If so by whom? One, currently deputy, once his jacket pocket, took the plane and take it easy at the moment, France. Are not you surprised that he should say nothing? We must remember that it is always the way things happen. Remember the money that had been distributed in December 2006 by the Prime Minister, to all those he had received in consultation, concerning ELECAM.

Can you tell us more? Only Bishop Tonyé Bakot, Archbishop of Yaounde, had questioned about why the envelope of a sum of three million francs which had been shed. Answer: "... it is for your fuel." And he continued: "the cathedral here at the Prime Ministry, not even one mile, three million of fuel!! "
In contrast, all the party leaders that there is no need to cite names, and never miss an opportunity to denounce" the regime of Paul Biya's corrupt to the core "had stitched their mouths. No one had complained this time. If Tonye Bakot had not been there, Cameroonians would have known nothing at all of these sordid bargains.

Back to the news. What is behind the current explosion of violence in your opinion? We can only we insurrection before the high cost of living in Cameroon. Should we remember that a liter of gasoline costs, in Nigeria, which produces oil as we, 241 francs, Gabon, another oil producer, 341 francs, Equatorial Guinea, a country also produces oil, 310 francs, and that, in Benin, a non-producing oil, 400 CFA francs?

How can we solve the oil crisis in Cameroon? From our perspective, if the sonar can give us, for our local consumption of cheaper oil, we are in favor of closure. It would be preferable to proceed as Benin, which, although not producing oil, markets its gasoline to 400 CFA francs at the pump. The oil we produce, would be for export only, to save us money. But there are better, Ahmadou Ahidjo who sold the basement of Cameroon to France on December 30, 1958, should, above all, repeal these agreements, real unequal treaties, which he had signed for the sole purpose of being chartered by the French government, as future president of Cameroon, two years later. This will allow us, for example, to become, finally, a member of OPEC.

What is your analysis on the current crisis in a comprehensive manner? Regarding the riot itself, our view is this: the people of Cameroon has finally woken up after the dismal failure of dead cities in 1991. In this time, we were those who condemned, firmly, this adventure, for the simple reason that we should not initiate a revolution without ensuring that the drive to completion. Otherwise, the cons-revolution that will follow, will be terrible. That's what we experienced after the failure, yet predictable, dead cities. The initiators of this mistake, had no means of paralyzing the city of Yaounde. Consequently, they had no chance to succeed. After this resounding defeat, Cameroonians no longer believed in the virtues of the insurgency, and the regime of Paul Biya has instead found enhanced.

You mean the approach of the current generation of protesters is to review and correct? Fortunately, today we are dealing with a new generation of Cameroon, who have not experienced that time. Therefore, the fight seems to take. But there is again a major problem. Nowhere in the world, a spontaneous uprising has toppled a regime. Renowned authors, following the example of Germany's Rosa Luxemburg, in the 20's, have written extensively on this subject.

Il vient de découvrir que sa « large majorité » à l’assemblée nationale, it does not guarantee a peaceful revision of the constitution so he can stay in power forever. Population, obviously, is awaiting a spark to ignite. The surprise increase in fuel prices has been one. We see, now, his reaction. Never since independence in 1960, that is to say 48 years ago, a strike has been such a general acceptance. Never. It's very bad sign for the president. Worse, he declined. He eventually make a slight decrease in the fixed price. In other words, the people gave him to one knee. It's terrible for him, "Mr. sufficiency." Currently, he is stuck. He can not, again, even in six months or a year, adding a penny more on the price of fuel, without the people not back down in the street. This is not everything, it can not even raise any other price, without the public from going down the street. Similarly, it dares to continue to change its constitution, the people again will be in the street. The situation is even more critical to him that even the Beti, which had been constituted, so far, the political structure of his regime, broke in Yaounde, all social movements, have, this time it dropped. Now, the capital of Cameroon is able to be paralyzed. It can no longer show off in these terms: "when breathing Yaounde, Cameroon lives."
